mmm... Green Tea

My new favorite drink at Starbucks is the Green Tea Latte. Despite its 260 calories (for a tall), it's actually lower in calories than a lot of things on their menu.

Here's a simple recipe:

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon green tea powder (Matcha)
6 ounces warm milk
Honey or brown sugar to taste

Mix two ounces of warm milk with the green tea powder, mixing just enough to create a thick paste. Place the paste in the cup, adding the honey or brown sugar, along with remaining milk. Mix well and enjoy!

As a added bonus, get strange looks from people when they see you are drinking what appears to be swamp water.... :)
