Real Wedding: Jessica & Joel
I was super excited when Jess sent me her inspiration imagery for her big day. I could just tell she had a great sense of style. Thank you so much, Joel and Jess for letting me be apart of your big day!! I think my favorite is the cake, which looks just like the invitation and save-the-date card I made.
Of course I must credit Photography by Tessie for capturing this amazing event.

Custom Design Sneak Peek!
I've been working on a custom mock-up design for the past few days. So far it's been my most favorite one to create. The bride & groom's wedding colors are papaya and gray. I could not have picked a yummier color combination myself. I was so excited when she told me she loves sweets and wanted something fun, and also mentioned she wanted the typography to stand out.
Here is a peek at what I've come up with so far. And yes, those ARE cupcakes and gumdrops!

NEW Summer Designs

I'm so excited to share a handful of new invitation and save-the-date designs I will be adding to my shop within the next few weeks. Some are designs you have seen before and are familiar with, and others are brand spankin', hot off the presses new!
Can you tell I've gotten a lot of my recent inspiration from orchids?
Stay tuned.

A few of my favorite chairs
When searching for furniture, It's hard to find something that is unique and affordable at the same time. Lucky for me that Target has come out with new armchairs in several "vintage modern" designs. This one is my favorite, and relatively affordable at 429.00 dollars.

Here is a pretty moroccan patterned chair in a grassy-green. This one you can snag for 849.00 dollars from pottery barn

Another one of my favorites has a unique felted applique design from sprucehome, on etsy. This one tops the list at 2,000 dollars.

A few other places I like to shop for furniture:
ikea
crate & barrel
anthropologie
If you are thinking about tackling a reupholstering project yourself, you can make your own custom fabrics at spoonflower
